Hey got a couple of minutes?
Sure you do. We need to talk.
The greatest obstacle to exercise and fitness is time. The most widely heard
excuse, time. No time. Couldn't find
time. Ran out of time. Can't make the time. Got the
time? Time!
Well I've got news for you...there's plenty of
time. Plenty of time that is to devote two minutes a
day to strengthening and toning your body. Crazy you
say? Not at all. If you devote two serious minutes a
day to this program, you will absolutely change your
body dramatically, in ways you never dreamed
possible. What have you got to lose? A couple of
minutes? A commercial break? A phone call? A
microwave lunch? You don't even have to change your
clothes.

You can do this with or
without gym equipment. If you have a gym at your
disposal, great. If you have some weight training
